Refund Policy

This policy covers the Pro license of Page Translator for Webflow. The app has a free version, so you can try it on your own site before you buy.

14-day refund guarantee

If the Pro version does not work as described, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Tell me what went wrong and I will either fix it or refund you. The app writes translated pages into your site, and they stay there even after you uninstall the app. For those, a refund covers a fault, not a change of mind.

How to request a refund

Send an email to pro.allali.ilies@gmail.com with your order number or the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Polar within 5-10 business days.

What happens to your license

Once refunded, your Pro license key is deactivated. You can continue using the free version of the app without interruption.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund if there is evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). This has never happened and we expect it never will.
